Banana-Nut Bread

Makes 1 loaf
2\1\3 cups all porpose flour.
3 teaspoon baking powder.
1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1 stick butter.
1 cup granulet sugar
3 large eggs.
3 large ripe bananas mashed.
2 teaspoon orange zest.
1/2 cup chopped pecans.

Preheat the oven to 350 f grease a 9x5 inc loaf pan.
Mix together flour,baking powder,baking soda and salt.
Beat together butter and sugar at medium speed until light and fluffy adn eggs 1 at the time beating well after each addition,beat in bananas,gradually beat in flour mixture until well blended.Stir in orange zest and nuts. Spoon batter into prepared pan.
